The Schultheis Bros. story began in 1946, when brothers Bill and Rich Schultheis opened their doors in a small garage in Verona, PA. As one of the first HVAC companies in the Pittsburgh area, they built their business the old-fashioned way…one satisfied customer at a time, through hard work, honest service, and dedication to quality.
Since then, we’ve moved twice to accommodate our growth. First to Allegheny River Boulevard in 1957, then to our current Plum location in 1962, where we’ve proudly served the community for over 60 years. But despite our growth, we’ve remained true to our roots: locally owned, family-operated, and committed to the same values our founders established.
Today, we’re honored to serve third-generation customers…families whose grandparents called on Bill and Rich, whose parents relied on the second generation of Schultheis leadership, and who now trust us to care for their own homes!
